Guild leader: - Administrative stuff - Coordinate with all officers and make guild-wide decisions PvE officers: - Setting up grind groups - Coordinating guild quests and guild bosses - Broadcasting world boss info to guild members - Providing knowledge about PvE aspects of the game (e.g. grinding spots, gear farming) - Providing knowledge about non-combat aspects of the game (e.g. life skills) PvP officers: - Lead PvP/GvG fights and coordination - Coordinate with PR officer on war declarations - Organize Red Battle Field events and Fight Club events - Provide class-specific and general PvP knowledge - Do PvP testing of new potential recruits Siege commanders: - Leads sieges (offence/defence/scouting) - Communicates with siege officers on tactics and setups Siege officers: - Plan out siege tactics and fort building - Manage offence/defence/scouting compositions and party setups - Coordinate with information officer to get info on what other guilds are doing - Communicate information to siege commanders PR officer: - Spam recruiting messages and do interviews - Make sure new members are comfortable and try to resolve any internal drama/issues - Be the approachable, go-to guy who can point members to the right officer/information Information officer - Handle politics/relations with other guilds - Information gathering from other guilds/forums/reddit/etc. Members: - Point potential recruits to PR officer - Pass new information to the information officer - Keeping a good server reputation of guild - Showing up to guild events, GvG, and siege
