The quality of the service that I paid for did not meet the expectations promised by the publisher (seller). The product contains multiple significant bugs and translation errors that not only drastically detriment the game experience but the publisher has also refused on multiple occasions to acknowledge or address them. The game servers also continually perform further and further below industry standards, leading to significantly negative impact on the game experience, and the publisher has made no promises to improve the situation. Customer support is also extremely poor, giving either unhelpful responses or often no responses at all.

This seller has a strongly negative BBB rating of "F". Multiple complaints have been filed against this seller.
