as for not being able to put music on, you cant use the newest update
from apple from now. use the 1.1.1 updater(3-23-06). i tried editing
the rc file and fixing the problems for zillazero installer, but i get
errors like could not run '/etc/rc':permission denied. no more tasks for
init --sleeping forever. |

1. Use the HP formatter.
2. Run the iPod update.
3. Run the REGULAR iPod Linux Installer and select iPod Loader 2
(The one off the ipl site)
4. Copy all the iDoom expansion stuff into your iPod root (Just the files not the folder)
5. Copy the _root files into the iPod root. (Just the files not the folder)

Worked fine for me too, only that I have no acces to the other zillas then Podzilla. :( |

Sorry for the late reply n all. Came home much later than expected and
hadn't had any good sleep for a while, so woke up quite late today. The
modules and schemes problem should be fixed here as I found out how to
make symlinks in Slax, and MPD should
be working. I'm not 100% sure if the default scheme will be saved, but
switching schemes does work. I also moved a whole load of modules out of
the lib folder so that MPD can start, so if you want to activate those
modules, move em from the "Unused Modules" folder to "lib" in the main
"Podzilla2" folder. I'll get AriX to compile a useful
BleuLlauncher-class with iBoy and iDoom working when he has the time.
Meanwhile, the source is there if you want to compile it yourself. I ran
the installer myself once and it worked [music from iTunes worked as
well], so if you're having problems, you shouldn't. Either way, I've
updated the main download page, so you can download from there:
