Currently, Noise's skills are bugged and effectively becomes unkillable while her buff constantly heals her. After some theorycrafting in #strategy in the official Nikke Discord, we tested and confirmed that Snow White is able to burst through Noise's self heals to 1-shot her. Updating the current PvP arena meta to Noise, Rapunzel, Centi, Snow White and Privaty.
