Here's a quick showcase video of the new PvP unit, Scarlett: Pure Redemption, and how crazily broken she can be if pushed to the limits. Her passive at 6-stars gives her every member of team an extra 38% of her total Armor PEN, including herself. This means you want to build as much Armor PEN on her as possible, then pair her with other AoE units such as Echo: Perfect Pitch, Dorothy: Cageling Wish, and/or Poppy: Luminous Star.

In the first fight in this video, you can see how just 3 AoE units with a drastic Combat Power disadvantage is able to cleanly wipe the floor, largely thanks to Scarlett's passive buff. In the second video, with a CP advantage so my team can go first, Scarlett is actually able to almost 1-shot most of the enemy team; with a bit more min maxing investment, she probably can!

The counter to a Scarlett who stacks Armor PEN would be for your own team to stack Endurance. This however, will make it hard for your team to win due to lack of damage output, so in the end the real winning strategy is to just wait for new units and for the PvP meta to change 😅
