I haven't done any PvP unit reviews in a while (busy with RL and Etheria Restart) but yeah, Vesti: Tactical Upgrade is kinda broken. She hits hard. Very hard. Actually lore-accurate now.
Regular rockets hit 3 targets in PvP and fires 4 rockets in quick succession so pretty massive AoE damage from the very start. On burst, she does a mini AoE nuke (not strong enough to 1-shot but can easily clean up low HP targets due to her initial rockets) then expands her attack radius so that her rockets now hit all 5 targets. Its like if we took Ein and Emilia, but put them together and made them better. Needless to say, S-tier unit, with the downside being low burst gen (but we have plenty of burst gen batteries now so not a real issue).
