In spite of Intern-kun's terrible and incorrect translation job (her S2 adds proportional damage sharing to her cover, see the JP/KR skill descriptions), Bay serves as a makeshift Noah replacement on most teams but a better B2 pick on Team Quiry specifically (or any team running Noise or Rapunzel for that matter). Note that she has no taunt and her S2 is only really effective at absorbing an AoE nuke like Scarlet's or Maiden's or MPrivaty's (but not Emilia's) so in most scenarios Noah is a better choice. On the upside, since her utility is, like Jackal, investment independent, you can leave her skills at 1/1/1, keep her gear at +0 and just roll 1 copy if you want to save your resources. In any case, with Champion Arena upcoming, she will definitely have a spot in my roster as an A+ tier unit.
