This time, it’s the original Saber from Fate/stay night, releasing her Invisible Air and readying to strike you down with Excalibur.
Rawr, rawr, I’m Saber Blue, the original and most boring of all the Sabers!
This is just the first of a long series of post-unboxing, backlogged TYPE-MOON figure reviews. After moving to my new place, I set up a nice corner of the room for figure photography and took a bunch of review-style photo sets of figures as I re-unboxed them. Most of these figures are second hand, B/B grade, so keep that in mind when going through the photos.

The inside of the box is all shiny
Who needs a manual for figures? >_<
Saber in blisters
All the parts laid out
The base is just as nice and detailed as the Saber Lily Distant Avalon~ figure.
Plain ol Excalibur
Excalibur covered by Invisible Air
The two versions of the weapon
Saber, no base nor weapon
Here's a few closeups
To connect Saber to the base, you stick a metal pole through her boots and base and make her levitate. Dangerously. Seriously GSC, you couldn't have done better? >_<
Like with Saber Lily ~Distant Avalon~, the tip of the sword handles come off so you can slide them through the hands
Saber wielding normal Excalibur
Saber wielding the Invisible Air covered Excalibur
Rawrrrrr!!!
With her box
With my other two GSC Sabers, Saber Lily ~Distant Avalon~ and Saber ~Motored Cuirassier~. I'll probably get Saber Alter ~Vortigern~ one of these days to complete the collection...
